Returns and Refunds
At Montenegra we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To request a return please log in to your account and submit a return request through the customer portal.

Once your request has been submitted our team will review it and provide instructions for returning your item.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition with all tags and packaging included. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
After your return request has been approved you may send the item back using a shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as Montenegra cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Return labels are not provided by Montenegra unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size or product we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest service and guarantees availability of the item you want.
Sale Items
Sale items may only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected we will notify you of the outcome of your refund.
If approved the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to ten business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
United Kingdom and European Consumer Rights
Customers located in the United Kingdom and the European Union may have the legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving their goods under applicable consumer protection regulations.
This right applies only to items returned unused and in their original condition.
